LPT:One Print Client
Print from your Laptop Computer (Windows XP/Vista only)
You can easily connect to our printing system from your laptop computer and print to the Library printers.
- Available at both Prescott and Verde Valley Campus libraries
- Black & White prints are 10¢ per page
- Color prints are 50¢ per page (Prescott Campus only)
- Each print job will expire 30 minutes after it is submitted
Free Printing for Students
Enter your YC username when requested to enter a User ID. Students must show their Student ID (or photo ID) to the Reference Librarian, and they will override the printing charges.
The Library will not reimburse YC students for prints they have already paid for.

Choose your campus:
Installing via Internet Explorer
- Click Run to run the installer (clientlauncher.exe) from its current location.
Internet Explorer displays a Security Warning dialog box.
- Click Run.
The system installs the LPT:One Print Client and minimizes to the taskbar.
Installing via Firefox
- Click Save File.
The Installer (clientlauncher.exe) is shown in the Downloads Manager.
- Click Open to run the installer.
Firefox displays the Open Executable File? Dialog box.
- Click OK.
The system installs the LPT:One Print Client and minimizes to the taskbar.
Printing Instructions
The LPT:One Print Client must be running in the background to print to our printers. When you no longer need to print, close it using these instructions.
- Select the option to print.
- Select either “Black & White Printer” or “Color Printer”, page range, and number of copies, and click Print or OK.

- When prompted for User ID, enter your YC username OR wireless username (pl-xxxx) and click OK.

- Click OK to submit the print job.

- Click OK.

- Go to the Print Release Station behind the Library Reference Desk to pay for and print your job(s).
Closing the LPT:One Print Client
- Open the LPT:One Print Client by clicking on the button in the taskbar.

- Click Stop Print Client.
The LPT:One Print Client closes, and restores your previous default printer.
When you shutdown or log off your computer, the LPT:One Print Client will automatically close.
